Sci-Fi Apartment( Solar Punk)

I have worked on this project in my spare time, I had a goal to create a funky futuristic interior apartment using Modular assets. I didn't want the interior to look like typical sci-fi, I wanted to mix futuristic with near-future style, with some organic furniture, mixed with hi-tech design.
All assets were made by me except small parts like foliage and small decor. I used trim sheets and the GRB shader approach here. Basically, all assets are made of one material with different masks.
